After the release of the website of Woonstichting Groninger Huis by Digitalus Webdesign it became clear that Woonstichting Groninger Huis wanted to continue with digitalization/centralization of information in order to do improvements in the internal processes. Woonstichting Groninger Huis already had an intranetsystem, but it was too old too work well with it.

Based on the functionalities of the old system and requirements of Woonstichting Groninger Huis, Digitalus Webdesign has made a proposal for developing an intranet/extranet system. The ideas are presented by using wireframes and based on several meetings the functionalities were agreed definitely.

The new system offers Woonstichting Groninger Huis the possibility to save all internal documents digital on a central location where all employees have access to. By using a permissions system it is possible to hide information for parts for user groups.

Digitalus Webdesign has taken care of the entire traject for the intranet/extranet system of Woonstichting Groninger Huis. From the first investigations to the graphic design, xHTML to the development according to the W3C web standards. No Content Management System is used in the system, the administration of the system is managed from the front-end.

The system is accessible by filling in an username and password. Only employees and stakeholders of Woonstichting Groninger Huis have access to the system. Users are divided in different user groups. The permissions are set per user group.
